A) Senior Executive, Premium Collection- Responsible to check exception reports, investigate any exception transactions and report any irregulaties discovered- Review authorisation control checks and suggest measures to mitigate errors or lapses- Handle giro collection file transmission via server to server- Assist to oversee Premium collection unit B) Vendor Payment- In charge of vendor and miscellaneous payments- Prepare audit schedules- Attend to vendors' enquiries- Supervise a unit of 3 staff C) Bank Reconciliation- Supervise the bank reconciliation unit - Review the respective bank reconciliations.- Liaise with the relevant departments & sections for adjustments, queries & variances.D) Executive, Non-Insurance Accounting (Contract Position)- To handle the accounts for subsidiaries / business divisions- Preparation of monthly financial statements- Handle monthly balance sheet items reconciliations, GST reporting and audit schedules
