Singapore - ACCOUNT MANAGER, PERSONAL LINES

ACCOUNT MANAGER, PERSONAL LINES You are required to manage the third party sales force with the ability to interact with automobile dealers and independent agents. You must have the ability to deliver under demanding circumstances, from strategies to execution, including but not limited to sales campaigns, business performance tracking and cross-sell/up-sell initiatives. You will be required to visit partners' sites on a regular basis and provide training to their sales and administrative teams.

You should possess a tertiary education with a minimum 1 year of sales/marketing-related experience, preferably with knowledge of insurance business although training will be provided. You should be a team player who is able to work effectively and multitask in a fast-paced and challenging environment. Other sought after attributes include a customer-focused mindset, as well as excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
