JOB DESCRIPTION
  To      handle counter and telephone enquiries for all classes of insurance
To      provide insurance quotations and process motor insurance applications,      renewals, extension, cancellation and issuance of insurance documents for      all products.
To      monitor and follow-up on all aspects of customer service support in spoken      / written form
To      facilitate motor accident claims and to provide claims advice / service
To      assist in compiling statistics and preparation of monthly performance      reports etc
To      control and to carry out telemarketing calls and marketing campaigns 
To      liaise with insurance partners on matters pertaining to insurance in      spoken and written form
To      carry out daily opening and closing procedures such as checking of      transaction records, cash balancing, cash float and log in / out of      computers, Nets and credit card terminals. 
To      carry out staff in-house theory training / on-the-job training (all      classes of insurance) for Trainee Insurance Assistants as and when      necessary 
To      supervise team of trainee / insurance assistants / senior insurance      assistants
To      supervise Life Insurance operations / compliance with FAA requirements
To      assist the Insurance Manager in daily operations and any ad-hoc projects /      assignments 
  
The Requirements:
  Diploma in Business/Marketing/General / Life Insurance.
Minimum 1 years of relevant experience in the field of      life and general insurance.
Knowledge in various life and general insurance products      is an added advantage.
Possess Certificate in Life, General, ILP, FNA, HI 
Excellent communication skill 
Meticulous and organize.
