§ Investigate problems related to subject visits, until resolution is complete by issuing outgoing queries, addressing incoming queries/answers from sites as well as responding to internal queries
§ Provide technical support to Investigator Sites, CRA and Sponsors on questions or issues of protocol requirements including collection instructions, shipping, supplies and testing in call center environment.
§ Responsible for receiving packages, scanning packages, checking and verifying specimens received, to scan and label specimen received into racks
§ Responsible for receiving storage samples into the storage module of database, and assign appropriate freezer space depending upon temperature requirement for the specific study. 'Stores out' storage samples.
- Degree or Diploma in Science related field
- 1-2 years of relevant working experience
- Knowledge in call center and basic laboratory knowledge
- Good computer knowledge.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, results oriented and a team player
- Willing to handle laboratory specimens
- Willing to work shifts and on weekends.
