Duties and Responsibilities:
Act as SME on supporting tools/systems for deliverable to end-users and system requirement
Perform customers’ records data entry, maintaining its accuracy with no discrepancy
Provide fields support related to system issue, concern and validation. Escalate to appropriate cross-function group for rectification/fixes
Conduct ongoing system/process training to new hires and/or existing users on any update and release
Perform data integrity analysis and maintain basic to moderate post metrics and reporting
Maintain ongoing communication with internal MSS and/or cross-function personnel ensuring data accuracy and updates are transpire to the respective team for updates in other related support tools/systems.
Acquire sound knowledge of system function and processes in order to provide great analytical skills for future enhancement/release to suit local business requirement
Interact directly with APJ and/or Corporate services organization on issues. Working closely to manage professionally and business-like manner
Skills:
Strong computer skills and other softskills eg, Access, Excel and other related Microsoft programs
Great communication skills
Attention to accuracy and urgency
Efficient on time management
Customer Service skills and multi-task
Min 3 years administrative support in MNC or IT industries
Education: Min A Level
