Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology, Science & Technology or equivalent
l At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
l Experience in managing/supporting/implementing large network
l Cisco certification (e.g. CCNA, CCNP)
l Good knowledge of TCP/IP suite, LAN, WAN and routing protocols
l Hands on experience on advanced configuration of Cisco* Routers, switches which includes configuration of access restrictions, VLANs, VPNs, NAT, but not limited to the same
l Knowledge of WAN, troubleshooting WAN circuits
l Watchguard firewall with VPN
l Ability to be flexible with working hours
l Experience in installation, configuration and support of Microsoft. Server 2000 or 2003 and must be a certified Microsoft MCSE, with strong technical knowledge.
l Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory
l Knowledge of Lotus Domino Notes
Responsible for:
l Perform installation, configuration, administration, migration, maintenance, tuning and troubleshooting the server infrastructure
l Installation and configuration of switches and routers
l Installation and configuration of Microsoft Servers products
l Security hardening of Microsoft server and Networking
l Determination and deployment of robust, stable, and manageable computing and network services.
l Manage technical projects.
l Determine site computing and network server strategy
l Monitor and perform capacity/feasibility studies and resolve network capacity issues.
