Technical• Strong process orientation and a solid understanding of project and service Management. Working knowledge of ITIL methodology is preferred.• Working knowledge of reporting and analytics environments, experience within banking, internet hosting or other financial services are preferred• Working knowledge of Microsoft solution, LAN/WAN and IT security. Information Security and Compliance and PCI DSS experience are preferred.• Working knowledge of Web reporting and monitoring tools (e.g. WebTrends, Microsoft Operation Manager and etc).
Business• A good working knowledge of payment gateways or eCommerce products and the activities of different payment systems in the relevant markets. • Excellent time management, organization, and planning skills are essential.• Experience in business consulting to external or internal organizations is a plus.• Able to handle multiple priorities at any time and re-prioritize tasks with minimal involvement from management.• Individual should be extremely self-motivated with the ability to work independently, coordinating activities within cross-divisional and cross-functional teams.• Record of excellent customer service and focus.• Experience in finance & banking preferred.
