Maintain daily Quality Management Systems and HACCP Program
Organize and troubleshoots on Quality issue
Implement and improve documentation control system including change control
Continual improvement and standardization of internal procedures and inspection procedures at all levels
Manage online QCs and implement acceptance criteria
Implement monitoring controls with basic statistical tools
Conduct monthly Air Quality Test, Swab Test and arrange sample for external laboratory testing
Handle customer feedback
Assist in plant trial when required
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Applied Food Science & Nutrition or Food Technology
1 - 2 years' relevant experience in food manufacturing preferred
Good working knowledge of ISO 9000/HACCP/14001 will be an added advantage
Team player with strong interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Preference for suitable candidates who can start work immediately
