The Role:
The candidate will be required to:
-- Planning and execution of the system implementation project for Oracle financial modules
-- Responsible to lead the overall project and ensure that project milestones and activities converge appropriately and promptly
-- Responsible to define the areas that have the highest operational improvements for finance processes
-- To ensure that the finance processes are optimized through the implementation
-- Manage the core project team to ensure that the team members’ buy-in to the overall project plan and timelines
-- Work with other teams within Finance to have an overall view of improvement requests that relate to the financial systems.
The Pre-Requisites:
The candidate should possess:
-- Degree in Information System, Computer Science, Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration or equivalent
-- 8 years of relevant working experience
-- Strong project management skills
-- Experience and knowledge in Oracle Financial Application
-- An added advantage will be given to candidates with working knowledge of AS400 and CODA Financials
-- Experience of process documentation and improvement
-- Strong business analytical skills and excellent problem solving skills
-- Strong process improvement knowledge and exposure to shared services
-- Highly motivated with ability to work independently and sometimes in a non-structured environment
