Job Scope:- Responsible for on-site administration, operation & maintenance of all the network and security infrastructures
- Provide on-site Desktop Support
- Resolve and close loop to problem tickets generated
- Implement service request eg, IP Change, Firewall Access
- Writing of technical document / manual
- Managed 3rd party vendor on site for problem resolution
Job Requirements:- Diploma in Computer Science / Electronics / IT
- Must be able to perform 24x7 shift work- Min. 2 years working experience in On-Site Network & Security administration and troubleshooting
- Min. 2 years working experience in On-Site Desktop Support
- Posess MCSE / MCSA (2003) and CCNA- Well verse in MS OFFICE, MS VISIO - Good working knowledge of TCP/IP, DHCP, IPSEC or Lotus Domino
- Good working knowledge of VPN and Firewall, IDS deployment
- Working experience on CISCO Network equipment will be an added advantages
