Works hand-in-hand with our Chef Patron to oversee the day-to-day operations of our signature Italian restaurant and ensuring the overall satisfaction of our guests and patrons
To succeed in the role, the successful candidate should have:
Diverse experience and exposure in food & beverage operations, especially in a fine-dining setting
Possess excellent interpersonal, organizational and management skills
Achievement-driven and self-motivated individual with abilities to lead and motivate the team in acquiring new heights of service standards in the restaurant
