Requirements:
Assist in training new / existing staff on Apple products and services
Design, develop and deliver training program for staff / customer base on business needs
Lead in projects relating to the introduction of new learning solutions
Handle scheduling of training classes and enrollment
At least a Diploma in IT
Minimum 1-2 year experience in using Mac
Bilingual in English and Mandarin
Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Independent, resourceful, self-motivated with a hands-on approach attitude
Must be willing to work retail hours
