Prepare and review commercial contracts, lease agreements including drafting and negotiations
Provide legal advice on commercial transactions and other operational matters
Ensure compliance to law
Liaise with Tenants
Requirements:
Degree in Law, preferably in Corporate/Commercial/Real Estate/Banking & Finance
Min 3 years of relevant work experience in a law firm or a legal advisory position in a dynamic organization
High degree of integrity, good knowledge of the law
Good communicator, independent, resourceful, analytical and meticulous
