HEAD OF ADMISSIONS

Key Responsibility
§ To work with team of professionals in leading the function of enrolling new students to the School
§ To use and develop the administrative systems that support this process
§ To contribute to the promotion of the school and care of new students and families as they join and leave the School community
§ 50% focus of PR service with student Parents / Commercial enquiries
§ 50% focus on Admin & Leadership
Requirements:
§ Recognized degree or equivalent
§ Proven experience in admissions, first point of contact
§ Strong leadership and people management skills
§ Confident, mature and self motivated
§ Possess high degree of discretion, diplomacy and tactful in discharging duties
§ Organized, meticulous and possess strong coordination skills
§ Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications & Excel
§ Excellent in written and spoken English
§ Singaporean of Singapore PR only
** 5 working day week with attractive salary package.
