Singapore - FINANCE MANAGER

FINANCE MANAGER
Responsibilities:

Oversees full financial functions of the Group, including preparing, review and ensure accuracy / completeness and timely submission of monthly financial and management reports to top management

Preparing for Board meetings

Ensure timely submission and compliance with all SGX reporting requirements

Prepare and perform analytical review of financial results, annual budget, quarterly financial forecast and projections

Control & monitor cash flows

Formulate, review and implement sound internal control systems

Dealing with external parties, including bankers, auditors, secretary, tax agents, relevant authorities etc

Supervises a team of supporting staffs of the Finance & IT functions

Provide full supports and financial advise to business operations

Some travelling is required


Requirements:

Minimum Degree in Finance or Accountancy / ACCA / CIMA or other equivalent qualifications

Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience. Knowledge of SGX reporting is a must.

Good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as high level of integrity

Highly motivated and must have the ability to work independently, supervise and lead & motivate a team of support staffs
