ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
-- Must have strong knowledge and experience in components related to distributed application performance - including application, networking, server, and database technologies
-- Minimum 5 +- 7 Years of Relevant Experience.
-- Must have ability to address complex application environments to provide customers with clear guidance on implementation strategy and potential performance improvements
-- Must have strong interpersonal communication skills
-- Must have strong passion and desire to learn new technology
-- Must have solid presentation and writing skills and experience with creating professional reports and deliverables
Expertise in one or more of these key technologies is desirable
-- J2EE, ASP.NET
-- SAP, PeopleSoft, Oracle
-- Citrix, VMware
-- Six Sigma, ITIL
-- Compuware Vantage, NetScout, NetIQ, OPNET, HP Openview
-- Programming/scripting experience is a plus
-- Previous consulting experience is a plus
-- Project management experience is a plus
RESPONSIBILITIES
-- Represent the company as a product expert on the Vantage™ suite, and as a trusted advisor in the practice of Information Technology Service Management
-- Deliver implementation services that allow for successful deployment of purchased products at the company’s customer sites
-- Mentor and train customers on Vantage™ product and Best Practices
-- Deliver high-value ITSM services that help customers troubleshoot, profile, and predict application performance across their distributed environment
-- Assist sales team in identifying new opportunities for product and services revenue at customer sites
-- Assist in the development of materials and techniques used in delivering service engagements
-- Assist in mentoring and training of new members to further advance team capabilities
