Lead the project team to execute and complete projects on time
Project planning, costing and commissioning
Deliver the project work on time and within the budget
Closing of project accounts
Provide management with timely status report
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Building Technology or Quantity Survey
Must have a minimum of 2 to 3 years working experience in building project management, interior design development , planning & scheduling of work program for commercial, banking and office projects.
Experience in handling large projects that are widely ranged
Able to communicate effectively with sub-contractors in English and/or Mandarin
Self motivated, confident, able to work in a stressful environment and have a positive attitude
Excellent planning and organizational ability
Possess leadership ability to mobilize commitment with teams
Have initiative and flexibility to accommodate changes
Good interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
Must be prepared to work during weekends as and when required
