Singapore - QUANTITY SURVEYORS COST ESTIMATORS

COST ESTIMATORS / QUANTITY SURVEYORS You will perform all aspects of estimating, requiring minimal supervision. You will develop and compile discipline and multi-discipline material take-offs (MTOs) and subcontract documents for domestic and international projects. Your role includes pre and post contract administration, evaluation and/or development of labor rates and subcontract costs, assisting in the preparation of larger and more complex estimating assignments including EPC contracts.

You should have a diploma or a degree in Building/ Estate Management or related field with at least 2-3 years of relevant working experience in engineering and be proficient in MS applications. Some experience in Primavera software would be an added advantage.
