Diploma / Degree in Building or Project / Construction Management or related discipline with at least 3 to 5 years experience in construction of corporate offices
Minimum 3 to 5 years experience in construction and interior fit-out works
Knowledge of individual trades, Subcontractors and sequencing
Assist in handling and monitoring the progress of projects / Able to manage teams and control schedules
Co-ordinate with Subcontractors and Suppliers to ensure efficient and timely delivery of goods
Client and quality focused
Able to work independently with minimal supervision and well under pressure
