1. Contributes to project office follow up
Identifies sub-projects and contributes to the definition of key progress indicators
Forecasts all necessary resources (human , technical and financial resources)
Arbitrates resources issues and prioritizes sub-projects 
Participates to the definition of the follow-up indicators and reporting on the project in order to inform about status, planning, functional scope, resources and costs 
Perform reporting for the project office
2. Global Project management and coordination 
Organization, coordination and leading of B/A sub-projects
Identification of arbitration or validation issues, synthesis and solutions proposal
Identification of potential changes in scope or objectives 
Management of It relationships and follow up of IT deliveries and implementations
3. Supervision of Business Analysis tasks 
Participation in the definition of IPB and GRM needs and formalization of the expression of needs 
Definition of the general functional specifications and supervision of detailed functional specification
Definition of test strategy and supervision of functional tests scenarios
Coordination of functional test and validation of B/A tests results
4. Preparation and coordination of the roll out plan
Definition of roll-out actions : UAT plans, impacts on procedures, identification of local actors to be involved (particularly key users) 
Coordination of local actors actions 
Definition of the change management plan with sponsors and local actors

English speaking, keen to travel abroad (incl Europe)
