To service call-in customers on their needs for the range of products
Qualify in-coming calls, provide quotations and follow up on enquiries
Prepare sales orders, job sheets and market tracking necessities
Coordinate logistics & delivery, order processing and other administrative duties assigned
Requirements:
Minimum 'A' Level holder
Minimum 1 year experience in IT sales
Quick and Keen to learn new technologies
Resource, creative, independent and able to work well in a team
Action oriented, drive for results and customer focus
Initiative and adhere to deadlines.
