Singapore - Building Executive Operations

Operations / Building Executive Reporting to the Centre Manager, you are responsible for handling the operation of the M&E facility and building maintenance services and plan/implement preventive maintenance and improvement works. You are also required to co-ordinate tenancy fitting out works and supervise a team of technicians.

Requirements:

Diploma in Building, Real Estate Management, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related relevant discipline
Possess a thorough knowledge of work hazard, safety procedures and public safety matters
Knowledge in modern building, air-conditioning, plumbing and mechanical principles and procedures. Conversant with local codes and regulations
Support the Operations Manager in overseeing daily operational matters
Coordinate and supervise contractors' work
Customer oriented and good interpersonal skills
Minimum 3 years’ experience in commercial property management or shopping centers
Certificate in Fire Safety Manager course is an added advantage
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with good command of spoken and written English
Willing to work beyond office hours
