Requirements:

Minimum 5 GCE 'O' level / 'A' level / Diploma / Degree

Diploma in Insurance / Certificate in General Insurance (CGI) / Health Insurance (HI) preferred but not compulsory.

Fresh Graduate may apply.

Prior client servicing & coordination experience in Insurance / Motor Trade Industry would be an advantage.

Working Location in Jalan Bukit Merah

Responsibilities:

Account Servicing include attending to all client's enquiries, requests for additional quotations, policy amendments etc

Liaising with various insurers for quotations, enquiries or requests from client and following up for quotations and policies

Renewal Servicing include printing of report, preparing renewal notices to client, following up and informing insurers

Administrative Duties include updating systems, checking of policies for premium & coverage, issuing of documents, filing etc

Claims Servicing, include advising clients, notifying insurers, following up for status till final settlement and filing

New Business Development

Any new responsibilities as and when assigned

Job Requirements:

Exp in handling motor property damages and bodily injury claims
Exp in handling bodily injury cases in motor accidents
Good with numbers and communication skills

Key Responsibilities :
We are looking to recruit an experienced member to the team to handle the day-to-day claims portfolio for both proportional and non proportional treaties along with proportional technical accounts portfolio.

The Principal Activities of this role will be:
Administration of claims credit control which include processing of claims and generating of closings to reinsurers

Preparation of treaty statistics for broking department during renewal period

Validate and processing of run off accounts

Liaise with customers and reinsurers on technical accounts and claims related matters

Facilitating the commutation of programmes with customers and reinsurers

Qualifications & attributes required :
Diploma in Insurance or its equivalent or a good 'A' level grades in technical subjects and English;

minimum 3 years working experience in the Reinsurance industry with claims experience and technical reinsurance knowledge;

able to work with minimal supervision;

ability and willingness to pursue ACII qualifications, if not already attained;

persuasive, meticulous and great communication skills;

strong PC skills
