The Insurance Executive will attend customer's policy enquires and process insurance claims with excellent customer service and professional manner. He/she will report to the team leader and work independently to improve efficiency of claim processes and ensure customer loyalty.

Key responsibility includes:

Process all incoming claims

Adjudication of claims including liaising with legal advisors, medical institutions, relevant government bodies, claimants, policyholders and other insurers to determine validity of claims and liability of policy

Reviews and authorizes claims within pre-established limits.

Assist Team Leader with investigation of complex/high value claims for recommendation to the Claims Committee

Ensures claims processing documentation in system and hard files is completed accurately within the specific SLA and meets compliance requirements

Handle policy holder's enquiry on policy sales, coverage & claim matters.

Participates in service recovery where required

Assist Team Leader to review and standardize claims practice and strengthen claims control

Requirement

Diploma holder in Insurance or Law with 2 years' relevant experience in claims management

Knowledge of general insurance, medical terms will be a definite advantage

Able to work independently as well as in a team under pressure

Possess good initiative, interpersonal and communication skills

Effective Bilingual / Strong written skills required

Certificate in General Insurance (CGI) certification is desirable

You will supervise and manage outsourcing daily operations and onsite engineer teams on IT operational services. You will also manage new implementations. Responsibilities will also include managing of manpower resources, set, maintain and improve on IT service delivery and support processes, etc.

Requirements:

At least 3-5 years of IT infrastructure experience in IT operation management and at least 7 years working experience
A Degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, IT or relevant qualifications
Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
Experience in leading a team of IT infra engineers in delivery network, server and desktop services
Experience supporting a pool of users of up to 2000
Experience in Wintel, Sun Solaris, AIX, Linux and HP-UX, setting up and maintaining DHCP, DNS, mail servers, VPN servers, proxy servers, etc. would be advantageous
Experience in service desk or helpdesk
Able to work on 24 x 7 standby
Possess ITIL certification, CITPM or PMP would be a bonus

Position 2: Senior System Engineers (Perm/Contract)

Responsibilities:

Engineer, implement and manage systems within the Windows or other environment that hosts applications and services
Implement and manage server solutions
Able to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues in the environment
Make proposals to enhance engineering solutions and ensure reliability of systems as a team member or an individual
Analyzes systems to propose best practices

Requirements:

At least a Degree in IT, Computer Engineering or equivalent with at least 7 years relevant working experience
For Diploma holders, at least 10 years relevant working experience
At least 3 years project management experience would be preferred
A team lead with good experience in system and server implementations and set-ups followed by infra services support and operation monitoring
Good experience in working with and managing vendors
Possess formal IT qualifications such as MCSE, etc. certifications would be advantageous
Good communication and written skills in English

Position 3: Senior ICT/Network Engineers (Perm/Contract)Responsibilities:

Gathering of requirements to design and implement network/ICT infrastructure (cabling/network/firewall/WAN/LAN/etc) and suggest and provide solutions
Manage the technical team and vendors (suppliers/service providers) to ensure on time implementation and set-up
Ensure alignment of IT infrastructure services and that they meet operational needs
Manage the procurement activities for the infrastructure

Requirements:

At least a Degree in IT, Computer Engineering or equivalent with at least 7 years relevant working experience
For Diploma holders, at least 10 years relevant working experience
At least 3 years project management experience and experience in infrastructure design and architecting would be preferred
Good experience in network security, wireless LAN & routing technologies, network solutions as well as their management systems
Good experience in working with and managing vendors
Possesses CCNA/CCNP/CCIE/MSCE certification would be a advantageous
Good communication and written skills in English
